deepest rubbish bin ever?

at first glance this rubbish bin on the streets of hamburg seems normal.

and then you see it being emptied.

how fucking cool is that? the red visible part is like the tip of the iceberg. obviously, as the bin has a higher capacity for rubbish (400 litres) than regular ‘trashcans’, it needs to be emptied less, therefore saving time and costs.

  3. Look at the clever use of a dril to act as a motor for lifting it, no speciail (read: expensive) motor sytem.
